Rear wheel axle

I have a specialized tricross, I think it a 2011. The rear wheel is missing part of the axle or the retaining nut and ring that holds the cassette on. Please help.

It looks like there's quite a few bits missing in that hub, I would say. Did you buy it as a fixer upper?

What shifters are on the bike? I can only see 8 sprockets.

Is that a Hope hub?
It looks like the end cap is missing.

OP has not been back since they joined on 13 April. So either sorted (new/replacement rear wheel, I reckon) or no longer interested.
