NiteRider Lumina series have replaceable batteries, you will have to send it to the company to have the battery replaced which last I checked would cost $30 which includes a full electronic check and resealing the light, and sending it back.
While NiteRider may cost more than you're will to spend, but there is a hack, go online to NiteRider, click on the search icon, type in "refurbished". They currently have a Lumina 1100 Boost that retails for $99 for just $39; they also have a Lumina 900 Boost that retails for $79 now just $29; and they have a Lumina 1000 boost that retails for $104 for just $34. These refurbished lights come with a full factory warranty plus the ability to send it back to get the battery replaced when the time comes. These are high-quality lights built to take a beating unlike the cheap crap found on Amazon.
