I think about 97% of it will be fine on 28s if you accept taking a few rough bits slowly and aren't carrying the kitchen sink. Gravel tyres would give you another 2% maybe. The last 1% is MTB territory and there's one climb you'll be walking on anything but a fat bike with low low gears, which itself wouldn't be great on some of the long tarmac run from Hunstanton.

If its gonna be dry, it will be my 28mm road tyres which I would prefer as it means I can keep my mudguards on. However, if its wet I shall opt for my gravel wheels and 35mm gravel tyres which unfortunately will be at the cost at not having mudguards fitted :sad:
