Well, all change...
Having a read through tge Boost site and it became obvious that their wheel-building was done using the minimum variation possible. The motor is basically a 135mm hub on 700c builds, and it is expected that you will"spring" some 130mm metal frames to accommodate.
There's also a brake track on the rim.
So, being stupid and bloody-minded, I decided to swap it all onto the Scott.
Wasn’t easy. I mislaid a vital part for several hours, which helped my temper not one bit.
Just some recabling to do, then test.

Sounds similar to the Woosh kit I fitted to my Giant Escape. I found that spreading the rear forks wasn't too difficult to get the wheel in, but I wouldn't want to do it out on a ride when fixing a puncture. Also the change of angle messed up the derailleur settings and the wheel dishing meant I ran out of adjustment to align the disc caliper! I resorted to change the dishing via spoke tension and I don't think I did a great job, I kept breaking spokes.

All in all way too much faff. I also didn't like how the controller managed the assist levels.

I put the bike back to standard and sold the kit.

I'd consider another conversion but it would be a mid drive kit.
