The new titanium brompton frames are made in Sheffield.

I can see that making up the x billion tons of steel the city used move about each year  Sheffield used to be a centre of excellence of manufacturing, it's now building itself as a centre of excellence of development with the manufacturing being done elsewhere often on foreign shores. Great for a certain part of society but not good for another.

anyway we are now so far far far off topic, just like the manufacturing...

From £7.99 on Amazon to £112.99 on Wiggle there's quite the choice. I'm not obsessive about the pressure and wont use it that often, but don't want to take a floor standing pump on holidays.
Accurate to + or - 2lbs would work for me.

Which one offers value to you?

I've got one of these:

Works very well. (Not sure I've used the "bleed button" enough to review that properly).

But I can't believe I paid £30. So maybe there was a cheaper version!

(funnily enough I made a similar question post - on a different forum - before buying one. Got very similar answers."you don't need one, get one of these instead." :P Also got told the numbers were irrelevant, you should do it all by feel. )
