Recommend me a front wheel

I'm considering the purchase of a 700x30
Schwalbe Winter Performance Kevlar Guard Wired 700C Road Tyre
Sorry for shouting...

It's just a backup to swap the front wheel over if the conditions are a bit icy/snowy this winter. Hopefully I will rarely need it!

Anyhoo, I would like a cheapish wheel to place it on. Suggestions?

Wanted in the Classifieds or eBay for one locally. I'm always picking the odd wheel / bike / component up locally from someone who's put 'collection only' on their eBay auction.
