Recommend me a good frying pan that doesn't cost silly money.

Time for a new one. Size to be 12"/30cm-ish.
I am a single guy so it won't get hammered.
Must have good non stick properties.
I dont want metal handle so rubber/soft plastic please.
Google search comes up with Tefal but even that has a few really negative reviews.
Any suggestions ?

I took a different route bitd and went with Le Creuset at silly money - but they have honoured their lifetime guarantee 3x so far :laugh:

Anyone got one with a red indicator that tells you when it's 'ready to cook'? Mine turns red in the washing up bowl, which must be at about salmonella degrees. :rolleyes:
