Recommend me some cheap 650c road tyres

My friends son needs some new tyres for his junior size B’Twin Triban 3. Money is pretty tight with the family so the cheaper the better. The current tyres are 650c x 23 but 25’s will also be ok.

Halfords are selling Kenda K191 koncept 26 x l for £5. Now I know a 26” tyre isn’t a 650c but in the Halfords description it states 650c, I’m confused, have a look see what you think?

Do you think these are the same as the Halfords tyres I mentioned above?
They are using the same photo.

+1 for the 650c Kenda - this is what my Wiggins Rouen is shod with.

They're pretty hard wearing which is a good thing, considering how bad the roads are out here. But to be fair, there's not much choice when it comes to 650c tyres...

I ordered some from Halfords and collected them today, as I mentioned above they are described as 26x1 on their website but they are 650c x 23. They feel really robust and a great buy at £5 each.
