Dont go through the company, go through the DSA. Ideally you need the driver instructor ADI number (a pink or green triangular badge) as I found out some while back when I gave the reg and time/place of an instructor that nearly clipped me going up a hill. He told me I should be in the doorzone and should wait behind the parked cars and let cars through. Pam's Driving School in Southampton, and it was a banged up white hatchback.

The DSA did everything they could to avoid tackling the issue. I would complain anyway, and if they give you the same s*** they gave me go to the local paper.

Funnily enough I had some awesome driving from a Red (I think) instructor this evening, I was quite surprised and impressed. Enough that when I caught them up at the lights I told both the instructor and the young girl learning to drive a big well done.
