Most cycling specific rucksacks are waterproof and have a certain amount of reflective. Do you mean Hi Viz?

You can get a hi-viz cover like this

If you already have a rucksack why not try one of these

Its a cover for your existing rucksack and works quite well, though the cover protects the bag from getting wet i found out sometimes that the bottom of my rucksack gets a bit wet.

I tried to find a reflective rucksack a while back but had no luck so got the cover instead.

I got a waterproof sack from elsewhere and a hi-vis cover. I then take the cover off when I don't need it, like when i go on the bus or maybe if I go to a meeting.

Just had a look around the beseenonabike.com and spotted this rucksack cover for over a grand. I know inflation has went up in recent years but thats just bonkers!

I think that is for 500 in quantity, ie. £2 a go?

Bright, with intergral LED light....

That's neat...I guess they're red LEDs?

I've got a berghaus freeflow 2.0 H2O rucksack. Not sure if it is sold anymore, but it has a silver rain cover. It isn't hi viz, but with the cover on I think it shines up well from car lights.

I've been using a Hi-Viz cover for years and I also have one of the 'Hump' things in reserve.

The advantage being is they are easy to remove and stick in the washer.

I'm happy with my Hump (my hump, my hump, my hump check it out (BEP reference)).

I've found it prudent to put things that need to be kept dry in carrier bags in the backpack. I've been in some vicious rain lately that has penetrated Hump and backpack.
