Refrigerating a creamy dish.

HI, I'm making a creamy chicken stew half of which be refrigerated for later.
Would it be best to add all the cream during cooking the whole lot or add it each time I reheat it for another meal?

If we’re freezing part of a cook up, I would add the cream before dividing it up. I’m sure other opinions exist

Yes indeed, otherwise the dish won't be as tasty.
