Registering bike on database

Hi all

There are quite a few sites that allow you to register your frame number on a database, so if it's stolen and then recovered it's easy for the police to find the owner.

Are they worth doing?
Which one(s) should I use? All of them (which ones?) or just one (which?)

Immobilise.com is the biggie, endorsed by all 43 forces. You can upload pictures and stuff, circulate the bike as stolen/missing on the database yourself etc.
