Removal of bike shelter!!

What type of shelter is it?

I forget the exact rules about smoking shelters, but I looked into it last year for a "situation" at my workplace - check the detail but it's something like, it's illegal to smoke in an enclosure that has a roof and at least 2 walls?

If this is applicable, you could anonymously tip off the council and land your bosses with a huge fine

think its that the walls can't enclose more than 50% of the possible area
