Removal of security screws ?

I have these on my shed door hinges but it looks like the wood has swollen/ settled and i can hardly open the door, i have already sanded the door down a bit but it is still very tight so does anyone know where i can get a clutch head screwdriver?
When i try ebay / google all i get is American adverts

Do you have a dremel to hand? If so,try grinding faces on the ramps do a normal screwdriver will get some purchase

If you know an engineer then they'll have the tools to remove these. Quite specialised so not likely you'll find them in a "general use" toolkit.

There is another product called screw out but it only works on soft screws not steel ones .

drill the b*ggers out. and remount the doors a bit higher there is usually room to do this

^^ This. If the wood does have problems then you'll have to move the hinge anyway.

FIL has a set of them, not sure if they fit but i can ask.

Depends on whether they're stainless or not. If they're stainless then you'll have no option but to either buy, beg, borrow or steal a tungsten bladed tool to grip the head or like recommended above dremmel/grind the heads flat and put in a slot.

Borrowed FIL sander and "adjusted" the door in situ
It was always a tight fit and i guess it had settled so a bit of aggressive maintenance seems to have fixed it.

I am not convinced the screwfix and similar security bit sets will help - they are for doing up that tuype of screw with the sloping slots ... actually I cannot see howyou can undo them unless there is some sort of special sochet that bites into thesides of the head. ..... after all the whole point is to make them effing hard to undo!

You're right as pointed out earlier, those will work on non stainless.
