EDIT You probably only need the extractor cap though, as you undo the retaining bolt (with the cap in place) it presses against the inside of the cap and acts as the crank puller.

Thank you! This solved my problem. It’s self-extraction simply by turning the retaining bolt counterclockwise with the cap in place.

Yep a lot of people think that to take things apart means 'taking them apart' when with this BB set up it isn't.
