Removing a scratch from a frame

I have a couple of marks on my white boardman, not really scratches but the top has been scuffed , can i use car colour restorer ( the JML stuff )

You can, but I doubt it will work unless you have just slightly marked the laquer. Don't polish it ride it, call them trophy marks.
