Why is everyone obsessed with Park Tools? (I know they're very good - but for what they charge they should be!)
You can find a perfectly useable Hollowtech tool for £8 from eBay. (less if you really want!(
Unless you are working on bikes for a living, I doubt you will ever wear it out.....

Do you just want to remove the cap? If so all you need is one of these Crank Installation Tool For HollowTech II (loosen the 2 allen bolts that hold the crank before trying to undo the cap). If you want to remove the bottom bracket then you will want a bottom bracket tool - but there are lots available other than the ParkTool one.
