I own a pair of these classic, but sadly not made any more, recessed-SPD walking boots. I'd just buy another pair if I could, but I'm struggling to find anything that really replaces them./... any ideas?

Basically I want a set of walking boots with recessed SPD cleat mounts so that when I'm off the bike I don't look like I'm wearing cycling shoes, I'm not crunching and skidding around on the cleats unless I'm on gravel (which will be crunchy)...

If you want to spend £150 then there are these Shimano boots;

Yeah, I'd seen plenty of shoes but feel more comfortable in boots, not bothered by the price of the xm9 but it's basically a shoe with a cuff, not a walking boot.
