Now, if HM the Queen were to shuffle off this mortal coil next year, and Harry got hitched, we could have a full house of Royal shindigs - state funeral, coronation, royal wedding, royal christening and investiture of Prince of Wales. How many extra Bank holidays would we get for that little lot?!

They'd probably spin it out - funeral next year, coronation in 2014, official namegiving in 2015 (are there theological objections to waiting to christen these days?), Harry would be leant on to wait till 2017 and the Prince of Wales nonsense would happen in 2019, 50 years after Daddy. They've got to have something to keep their popularity up.
