if anybody can tell me whether it's possible to ride along the route shown on the dashed red line I'd be grateful

Hi,

I don't think you can cycle the route, the airport area is quite secure, and looks like your route follows the perimeter. When do you need to know by? i can head down there this weekend and see where you can get to if you are not in too much of a hurry.

Holy cow! That was my neck of the woods. Well, 21 years ago.

Sorry, as I said, going back 21 years now, so even if I did know an answer, probably completely invalid now..... Anyway, any particular reason to do this? You can easily cycle a few roads around. FYI, if you go to street view on Google maps, it looks like it would be doable.
