Hi everyone. Been following these forums for a while now and learnt a lot off you guys along the way. I used to be a runner, but due to injury had to stop. Took up cycling about a year or so ago and spend a lot of time in my garage on the turbo with bkool. I think bkool is excellent and spurs me on. I spend between 45mins and an hour daily on the turbo and I would like to race at some point.

If you're looking to race and are retired, try the League of Veteran Racing Cyclists: http://www.lvrc.org.uk/

Alternatively time trialling / hillclimbing (maybe not in Norfolk :okay: ) is an option as there are age categories there: https://www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/

I only retired a couple of years ago. I am now 60, hopefully not too old. I think I am reasonably fit. I used to run but injury put a stop to that. I thought I’d give cycling a go. Loving it at the moment. I turbo every day between 45mins and an hour. I start of thinking, take it easy today but end up pushing it, normally intervals or on bkool, which I think is excellent. I hope may be next year to start trying some 10ml TT’s. There some good clubs around Norfolk so I will have to have a look around.
