Ribble MTB from the 90s?

Hi all and happy new year,

I was in a local charity shop today dropping some stuff off and had a look at the bikes whilst I was there. One caught my eye which was a Ribble MTB. It was chrome all over and had a Deore LX groupset. It looked pretty old, probably as old as my Marin Pine Mountain (which is from 1995). However, I can't seem to find any information on it online at all.
I didn't even know Ribble did mountain bikes at all. Yet alone from so long ago.
Foolishly, I never took photos.

Has anyone owned one of these? Any good? Worth the £70 price tag?

It did look a lot like that. I'd say it's a bit of a hidden gem. Looked in good nick, but I didn't look it all over. I'm considering buying it. But I am really pushing N+1 right now and have already got a bike for sale and another joining it soon.

Eye's not that far will give it some thought .

What sort of size do you reckon it is ?

Any suspension on it ?
