Ribble strike again, advise needed please.

They used to be a decent company when they traded from there shop . I used to ride down regularly on a Saturday for a bargain Sale.

I think they when down hill as company when they changed to internet sales !!

Take the refund and move on. I never understand why everyone gets so uptight becaise something went wrong. ?..it happens all the time with all sorts of companies.
BnQ fooked my stuff right up. Screwfix have messed up, ebay sellers occasionally mess up....ive even messed up when selling stuff, sh1t happens.

I remember a guy on here maybe 5 years ago, almost incandescently telling how a bike retailer had messed up his order. Pages and pages passed by..I asked...when was this?. Six months ago, he replied.
i couldnt be thay angry 6 months later if they'd taken a dump in my parcel.

Everyone makes mistakes....
It's the way they're dealt with that marks a good company from a bad one.

In my experience rubble haven't quite cottoned on to this, and have a very dismissive attitude.
A "take it or leave it " approach... I've chosen to leave it and give my hard earned to a company I know will try harder to help if things do go pear shaped.
