One lap is actually 6 point something, but yes, it's like cycling London to Brighton and back.

It's 6.7 miles for a full lap. That's 93.8 miles... jeez, no wonder you fell asleep! I don't think I have ever done more than 2 consecutive laps and typically break it up by going in the other direction or taking a scenic detour, by way of spanker's wood / ballet school.
