That's it in the oven, so I can sit and enjoy the Aussie Riesling I picked up in Sainsbury's earlier today for £1.99 Only have the salad to prepare and Bob, as they say, is one's father's brother.

There is enough to feed an army of cyclists should anyone be happening by. Rick Stein's "serves 8" may have a "1" missing, either before or after the 8!
