My working day is very flexible, so most weeks I’ll do two or three lunchtime HIIT sessions, a few weights and then get out for a couple of longer rides on days when I have a bit more time.
WFH, having chemo treatment but try to get out for two rides early morning and evening - average an hour or 1.5 a day, sometimes less if feeling cr.p - same routine weekends,avg 60-100 miles per week. It’s just a pleasure
