Rider off in Kensington (nothing nasty)

Nothing serious, but i saw a tall blonde lady misplace her footing at the lights outside the Tesco quickymart on Kensington High Street, she fell to the right, sprawled out in front of the traffic and landed on her right knee and arm. She popped straight back up and moved off sharpish (but it must have smarted a bit)...was that you...are you OK?

straight after this, I took a slight bend (ever so slight) and my rear wheel slipped on a drain cover, it took me totally by surprise as it's never happened before and I was going sideways for a bit!!

I stayed up, (by pure luck I reckon) but must have looked really wobbly!

i had to heavely brake over a few drain covers the other week because someone pulled out from a side road and got stuck behind a zebra crossing.
My rear wheel went one way, i controlled it, hit another drain and it went the other way. controlled it, hit one more drain and popped back out the other way. another guy was behind me and said it looked cool. i can tell you i nearly spoiled my pants!
