That excellent route planning tool has just downgraded the entry level, for free, service. So, which of the other services have reader's approval.
There are a few of us who use Bikeroutetoaster to plan routes. Not sure how it compares to ride with gps though.
What can you no longer do for free on ridewithgps that you could do previously? I can't see any difference in the mapping functionality on offer; I can still create and edit routes, and still export them.
I've not used BRToaster in year but that is definitely advantage. I've created routes and thought, what happens if I go down here, a flat/hill and instantly seeThe main difference I've found is that ridewithgps shows you the elevation profile as you create your route. When I last used bikeroutetoaster you had to click onto another page to see the elevation.
