riding the flitch way tomorrow

hi everyone,
just saying im ride the flitch way tomorrow up to dumnow with a mate of mine. i hav a handle bar camcorder mount so will upload a video tomorrow

sorry to disapoint anyone but my camcorder fell off the handlebar mount and broke. so no videos to upload

I have considered having a cycle along the Flitch Way but have moved from mountain biking to road bikes and was wondering if the surface is suitable or more suited to a mountain\hybrid bike?

well, to reply, it is more suited to mtb/hybrid bikes... the track varies from bumpy path to gravel, dirt track, mud.... a road bike wouldnt be suitable.....
