Really?? TBH I have only had them twice, maybe thrice so you could well be right.
But I still cant get my head around eating whole baby octopus
Yeah I'm not keen either, too many suckers. Calamari I like though, when done well (it can be soggy and chewy xx(). I do like the deep fried whole baby squidlets you get in Spain though:hungry:

Oooh surely the same. Those little baby squid eyes looking at you and then you munch on their brains etc:rolleyes:.
And yes.....Calamari is what I have eaten.

They're very small. Have you never eaten whitebait?
Calamari rings are squid (made from the body)

Also had traditional Czech sirloin steak yesterday. A piece of steak in goulash sauce with mustard and horseradish. Accompanied by bread slices. No veg or potatoes. Went very well with two pilsners.

We did have two expensive meals out the previous evenings.
