They attacked something they clearly knew nothing about, without any sort of counter defence on national television, in front of Millions.
They really should have known better but talked out their rear ends instead.
It really was below the belt and just sub - standard at best.
Imagine if they had had a go at cyclists and cycling in general, I bet many (maybe yourself) on here alone would have been annoyed. 🤷♂️

@Exlaser2, So had they unfairly attacked, say, cycling or something you were interested in and knew a lot about, to the extent that you knew they were talking s**t, you'd have laughed too, even though it was a cheap, low and totally uncalled for attack?

They also were talking of a minority interest anyway, 'Twiching', so would have been aware of the amount of crap people say about it already.
