An iconic image. I could never quite work out though if she was sexily touching her bum or just scratching her arse!

I think she was going to get another ball out!

That poster adourned my bedroom wall, out of sight and unbeknown to my parents, when I was a lad!

Well, you've gotta keep your hand in!

Ah memories! My friend Gareth had his then girlfriend Sue. She was a 'dead ringer' for this woman, and she played tennis too. The tennis courts were adjacent to the cricket pitches and it was 'poster in motion', along with the selection of others, of course. Reminds me of a brilliant age - the "student" time - RIP.
 Isn't it funny how a sight of something like that brings back so many memories? I have been looking at a couple of Andy Capp cartoon books from my Mum's bureau this morning - amazing the thoughts it conjures up!

Those tennis courts didn't last much longer - they were knocked down in the early 80s to make way for freshers halls, where I lived in 2003. Met a porter there who was around at the time the picture was taken and had a poster up in the office!
