My rack pack has finally given up the ghost. It keeps flopping over like a sick animal. It looks odd riding down the road with it almost hanging off the rack to one side. I have removed it permanently and refitted my old Avenir panniers. I know the packs are not overly expensive but don't want to spend much for a couple of months so the panniers will have to do.
