Yeah, its been suggested that it was pre planned, some cocky **** wanting to test out his legal skills on a copper and who probably isn't even a regular cyclist.

The police officer stated he had stopped 'Danny' for running a red light. In the video 'Danny' clearly shows us he is an obnoxious know-it-all, who loves to antagonise and irritate the police purely to humiliate them and then post the results on Youtube. It is therefore not too much of a stretch to conclude that if an obnoxious c*ck like 'Danny' had NOT run a red light there would almost without doubt have been footage of him going through a green light in the video he uploaded to Youtube.

If you do some research, the guy isn't a headcam user. He carries around a video camera - I guess as an opportunist.

Don't get me wrong, he's not the kind of guy I would have a beer with. But I hold that the video doesn't really reflect badly on cyclists. The video is about the interaction between the two people..(Which is less than impressive from both sides!).
