The Panasonic unit I bought cost about £300 and is pretty good at roasting and baking

Now that's interesting me. I have an old, huge Zanussi pinger from The Heart Foundation that's still going strong. When it (if it) dies, I'll be looking for a Panasonic.
I rarely use our oven: it's expensive and smokes like mad
