Roller..........for trike

Can one use a roller on a trike ?
They make one , but it is a US product and postage would be too much.
PS - I can't use my normal trainer as the nuts on the rear are too large

Is it tadpole or dart form? ie double wheel at back or front. If at the front I would think any old rollers would work. Then a couple of blocks of wood to hold the other wheels up.
