Rollers......b'stard things :-(

Last year I went to the track cycling world cup at the 'lympik velodrome in Megalondon One. The riders spent a surprisingly long time on rollers warming up and made it look oh so easy. I took this picture of a French rider putting her hair in a bun while spinning away. I can *just about* do no-hands on my rollers, but hair care is out of the question.

With a LOOK, "Mum - no hands" is easy! As long as it's not easy to put one's hair in rollers too...
