I think its tragic... That we let him back in the country to live his last days as a parasite on society.
He should have been left to rot in jail at the very least, and made to see out the rest of his sentence + some for doing a runner.

Not a surprise really. I thought that he was so ill in 09, when they released him on compassionate grounds, that he was at death's door. Apparently not it seemed.
I saw "Ronnie's Dead" and thought Wood or even Corbett I had totally forgotten about Biggs

The last few years he has lived in a nursing home in Barnet. Someone stole his mobility scooter last year. I don't know why he came here, he wasn't from this area, maybe no one else would take him. We will never know who coshed the train driver, Jack Mills, which ended his career, and helped to bring about his early death.

why oh why do the media give these type people so much space and time . who are the people who care about them .

i stopped reading newspapers about 25 years ago because of these type of stories and other sh*t they insist putting in their papers .
