I ordered a bike rack off them last week, and there was a fault with it which meant the handle wouldn't close. I contacted them on tuesday morning about it, and today I have got a replacement which works perfectly, and I haven't had to pay anything in postage. Parcelforce picked up the faulty one and delivered a new one later all in the space of a day. Roofbox didn't quibble whatsoever.

If anyone wants to carry bikes on a vehicle, then these guys should be your first port of call!

I am pretty chuffed with that, so felt they deserved a plug.

agreed. we ordered a box from them. it was then out of stock, so they gave us a better one for the same money.
