Seen a couple of threads on this on other forums, but basically I have the Rotor 3D crankset from 2010/11 which has one of these on non drive side:

Been fine riding this crankset for two years then lost two of these within a few weeks. Anyone have any tips on how to tighten these? With the last one I screwed the cap itself in as much as possible and also tightened the top bolt.
