B.loody wind! I had a Reece's Nutrageous choccy bar sitting on my window sill on the outside, being nice and cold, and was just about to eat it.

I looked but it was gone.

Then I noticed it was on next door's patio

When I nipped over there to get it, by the time we had got to the back of the house their dog had chewed the crap out of it, decided it didn't like chocolaty-peanutty-toffee-ee goodness and was busy eating grass like mad. She barfed as I was leaving.

Grr.

I was on a dig with a load of American field school students once, over here for 6 weeks or more, and one of their Mums sent the guy a food parcel from home. All awful Herseys 'chocolate' and most insulting of all, a box of teabags! Like she thought WE don't do tea!

Anything made by Hersheys is foul-tasting crap and not fit to be called chocolate!

I agree wholeheartedly! However, an exception must be made in the case of Nutrageous and Peanut Butter Cups, both of which are simply divine. Unfortunately, all other American chocolate I've ever sampled has been utterly appalling - even Hershey Kisses, which I had been told were good.

Peanut butter *shudder*

Funny, I like roasted salted peanuts, would eat them all day, but peanut butter or anything chocolate with peanuts in it, like Snickers... Ugh...

Another vote for those Peanut Butter Cups, undoubtedly full of crap but tasty!

The packaging suggests that a 'serving' is six of thesexx(. Each one contains the RDA of sugar for the entire population of China

I have 400g bags of Reece's Peanut Butter Cups and Hersheys Kisses sitting in the fridge, courtesy of my folks' visit to see my sister in Houston in Dec/Jan. They're just away over again for a month (since I became an uncle yesterday xx() so they've been instructed to bring back more of the same :biggrin::biggrin:

Funnily enough, I've never liked peanut butter but I love these chocolate cups. Plus, I first thought that the strange sour-milk taste of Hersheys was vile, but then I strangely wanted to try more and now I really like the stuff.

Of course, there's an exchange going the other way with Cadburys Dairy Milk, Galaxy, Beef Hula Hoops, boxes of Cup-A-Soup and Tetley Tea bags being carried over to the US...

That can't be right - the packs I get only contain three! That would be half a serving per pack.
