It's been a while since I last cycled, and I have just started commuting again.
I will be honest, I have put a bit of weight on since I last cycled. I am finding my groin is red, and raw after cycling just 20 minutes or so.
I am using lycra bib tights, with nothing underneath. I sometimes get this issue running too, or playing rugby after fresh shaving. But I'm not fresh shaved, and this is now only from cycling!
Any advice on products to use to stop this, as I don't want to be propositioned while I am walking around, as it looks like I have a very different weekend hobby.
