I’m currently doing a little bit of running but have never bothered with the other forum as it seemed so quiet. I’m half way through the Marcothon Challenge.....running a minimum of 3 miles or 25 minutes every day in December. Probably exaggerating to say I’m running....more of a slow plod these days after too many lower back and sciatic problems.
