But yes, I'll probably keep using them, because they give me what I actually want: a really cheap flight that almost always works out fine.
I agree. But than again I like Genoa. That is gobsmacking. Won't stop me using them, mind, but wow. After they'd explicitly told you there were buses. If anyone had filmed that on their Samsung you could probably take out a class action. Brazen. I guess they're just playing follow my leader...
Well so do I. Far more interesting than Pisa. But not really the point is it?I agree. But than again I like Genoa.
I've used them, they're fine
I am, it's screwed my and my customers week completely.Trust you aren't inconvenienced by this.

Can't see them being too forthcoming/proactive on the required compensation.
Flight FR666?I live 10 mins from LBA and have regularly used Ryanair, Jet2, Vueling, Easyjet & Monarch and in decades I've only suffered one long delay. It's all a game, they are trying to get me to pay for this and that, upgrade to this and that, I just want the cheapest flights and often use 2 carriers for the 1 round trip. This year we've done Naples, Alicante, Catania & Malaga yet we can't afford a trip to London!
Just like dealing with any large corporation selling a very cheap product, if a problem arises then I am realistic, I expect it to be an insurmountable problem and not worth me bothering with, I expect to be screwed. I've done so many short trips that if things go belly up, I am still quids in, I fly out to Malaga Oct, Friday 13th (!) with Ryanair for £62 return.........not bothered about the fiver.

Agree.Let's hope the EU hits them with huge fines... the spineless Irish government won't do anything.
One of our old friends, with whom I'm connected on Facebook, was dumped by Ryanair a couple of weeks ago. Her flight home from Perugia was cancelled, and she got absolutely no help from them getting home. She ended up travelling via Pisa, Florence and Vienna. All lovely places, but not when you expect to be at home.Agree.
And I hope the public has a long memory....it's disgusting corporate behavior.
