I heard about this from another forum I frequent..
Derek Boocock set off to cycle around the world after his wife died of cancer.
Derek decided he would rather do something with the time he has left, so he’s riding round the world the hard way, on a push bike.
Unfortunately he’s had a head-on collision with a 4x4 in Tajikistan and had to spend several days in hospital. He’s recuperating but his bike and luggage is a write-off.
Derek sold everything he had in the UK to fund this trip and without our help he won’t get any further. I’d be really grateful if you could check out the links below and consider clicking on the ‘donate’ button on the second link.
