One pothole and those wheels will be borked. Then how is that gonna work.
Surely an obvious candidate for belt rather than chain or at the very least some form of enclosure?

and as for this piece of journalese "In short, they’re too small, too unwieldy and certainly no fun to ride." My Brompton is flawed certainly but it ain't too small, isn't unwieldy, and is great fun to ride. Even with spokes.

I misread the thread title, could have sworn for a moment it read "sadobike" :giggle:.
I agree on the comments re: the chain and rims. In fact, the whole bike just looks unstable.

The wheels are mechanically a disaster in so many ways and would need to be very strong and heavy to resist vertical and lateral bending.
