Saddle bag or tool roll..?

I'm looking for a small vintage saddle bag in "Wanted"

NO ROOM FOR MY LOCKS
NEED A RE-THINK..............................

Depends - I have a Carradice "Cape Roll" that uses the bag loops (the straps that hold the roll closed also attach it to a bike).

Those I see favoured by youngsters too hip for saddle bags seem to attach to the saddle rails, e.g. http://www.ecovelo.info/2008/12/13/bike-burrito/
