saddle question

Question: I have a Trek fx7.3 that I ride everyday to work. Lately, I have been riding with a local tri group and have noticed my saddle comfort has left. I am riding roughly 15 mi at a pretty good pace.

I want to replace my saddle -- any suggestions? Are all saddles interchangable?
