Just to round off the thread, the zipped roll turned up this morning and jolly nice it is too. Looks like it'll do the job nicely, everything goes in, even my mini foot pump fits . Just need two functioning shoulders now.

Looks like you have the same saddle as me, slate c15? Interesting to see the zipped roll l in situ cos I'm thinking of something myself. It looks nice and bigger than I thought as well. I'm also thinking of getting someone crafty to make a tool roll out of some deckchair-striped cotton duck ish material if I can find some but strap it under the saddle

Yeah it's a C15, good spot. It's got that usual 'will last a lifetime' quality you get with Carradice, if you can get someone to build you something of similar quality, you'd have done well.
