Salad cream or mayonnaise?

There can be only one condiment hereinafter. Which is it to be?

Salad Cream.

Mayo is just a bit too smooth and slimey. If I'm having a ham sandwich for example (the only time I really have salad) I want the tang.

Mayo.

Salad cream belongs in the bin. Right alongside the brown sauce.

P.S. outside of homemade, the best one I've found is the Majonez Kielecki from the Polish aisle in the supermarket - the jars with the yellow label and green lid.

Soured cream works well with wedges too!

If I do a 'Wrap' we'll have soured cream and chives on that but garlic mayo is a must with wedges.
If I do a big pan of Chilli that's gonna last 3 days or more's dinner then I serve it up differently each time with either brown rice, tortilla. jacket spud or wedges and each with a big bowl of salad and maybe Tortilla chips and salsa
